The Dynamic Island app is the most amazing thing to ever happen to your device. Dynamic Island brings you a whole new level of interaction with your device, allowing you to set a variety of different types of notifications to go off on your device, whether it's on the lock screen, in the notification bar, on the home screen, or on any of the other screens you have on your device.
This means you can set the app to go off on a timer, or when you get a particular message, or when you have a particular notification, or when you open up the app. It's just not a regular app.
